- Residential Painting - Looking to refresh the interior of your home or rental proerty. We paint walls, ceilings, stairwells, crown moldings, wainscoting, baseboards, kitchens, bathrooms, window frames and trim, closets interiors, doors and more.
- Commercial Painting - The interior appearance of your place of business affects the appeal of your business to potential clients. We paint interiors for hotels, restaurants, clinics, offices, retail shops, to name a few.
- Cabinetry and Furniture - Paint, refinish and update your furniture can be a great way to modernize or change your decor. Update the colour, finsih or look of exisitng tables, dressors, and cabinets.

How We Work
From beginning to the end of any project, the team at Ocean Island is working for you.
- We start off by arranging a free consultation, by phone, email or on site, to get to know and understand your individual needs.
- A detailed estimate is then provided based on fair, competitive, accurate and flexible pricing options.
- Once we get your approval to proceed, we book your project and schedule a start date with convenient and flexible options.
- Before the start of your project we review project details and finalize any colour and/or product choices.
- Depending on the size and duration of your project, a 30% deposit may be collected to help out with the initial project costs.
- Upon completion, we perform a final inspection with you to ensure you're completely satisfied before collecting final payment.
- Ocean Island has 3 million in General Liability Insurance and full WorkSafe BC coverage.
